Christmas Dinner & Toy Giveaway
Our 1000 Toy Giveaway & Christmas Dinner is hosted in (2) communities in Ga. and is our biggest Outreach effort done throughout the year. At this spectacular event we transform our event venue into a winter wonderland for all to enjoy!
We serve over 1000 individuals and their family a traditional holiday meal and giveaway at the minimum 1000 toys at this FREE Event. Our guests will be provided with a traditional Christmas meal which includes ham, turkey, chicken, corn, green beans, mac & cheese, dressing, roll, dessert, and a beverage. They then will be entertained with games, music, drawings, and marketing bags from our sponsors.
History
In 2009, CEO of Reach 4 Your Dreamz, Gwennetta Wright, was running her for profit business Xpert Tax Service and was given a vision from God to do something great for her community. She had been blessed and wanted to take her blessings and be a blessing to others. So, she came up with an idea to do a small Christmas event and give out about 100 Toys. God said NO! He wanted her to do something bigger! God told her you are going to do an event and you are going to feed 1000 families and give away 1000 toys. Her being obedient, she did exactly that. The next year God told her to do that in two cities, her home town Columbus, Georgia and the city where she was currently living, Riverdale, Georgia. In 2012, when Gwennetta Wright along with Co-Owners Deonta Blount,
Katrice Simmons, and Tiffany Wright created their 501c3 non-profit Reach 4 Your Dreamz Inc. God gave all of them the vision to transfer the Christmas Events from Xpert Tax Service to Reach 4 Your Dreamz in an effort to allow the Christmas Events to grow into something bigger than themselves and become what they believe God truly wants it to be.
